Yogurt with mix fruit

Hee.........Hari ni mmg hari ibu test skills.

Ptg, awak bangun tido...Ibu cadang nak bg awak buah. So ibu amik epal (sumber antioksidan), prune and red grape potong dadu, then masuk dlm bekas compressor awak. Well, actually bekas ni bkn utk tujuan ni ok !! Ibu dpt idea last minute...mcm menarik letak dlm ni.

So ibu sedia semua 3 'set'...2 je ibu masukkan yogurt (sumber kalsium) takut awak tak lalu yogurt.Hee.......Ibu pun tak lalu yogurt (masam mcm basi...) tapi nak ajar awak !! Yer...Kena ajar sbb mkn ni bagus utk kesihatan penghadaman awak sayang ! Tambah pulak awak susah membuang.....Ibu tak tahan tgk awak meneran merah muka2 tau.

Emm, awak try sesudu 2 jugak....Lepas tu awak mula nak sudu sendiri.

Last2 awak fedup dan bosan....Awak makan yg fresh.Haihh, betul la awak ni org Melayu.Hee... Takpala, janji awak dpt zat.Sikit2 pun takpe sayang asal makan ok??!!
